HOW TO MOVE SUBS ON THE TOP OF THE SCREEN

I really appreciate your work and the new version of it. I have just a problem. I was used to the oldest version (v. 4), that allowed me to move easily the text on the top of the screen, there was a sort of "line" that you could move to move the text with it. In the new version (v. 6) that "line" doesn't appear anymore. So, there is a different way to move the text on the top?
