Audio waveform

I can not see the audio waveform in v7.01r8 it's black. What can I do?

Let's see if we can fix it...

First you need to have VLC or FFMPEG installed for audio extraction,
if you already have it, after opening the video file in SW,
go to "Video/Extract waveform..." menu and if everything is correct, click the "Extract..." button.
