Hello, struggling to figure out how to get SW to display video, upon launching the program I get a message "Unable to find required libraries to run embedded mpv player. Please go and download them." but I am unable to find out what those are or where to find them. I'm running SW 7.01 r9 on OSX 10.10.5
Thanks for your help

You need to install mpv via brew and try new SW 7.02 r1 version :)

When are you expecting to have a precompiled MacOS version for Subtitle Workshop 7.02 r1 or later? I'm looking at replacement captioning software for our Mac based captioning lab. So far I like what I see in SW but not having a working MacOS 13 version complicates things for running on our Mac Studio computers.
Thanks for your time and help with this.

the latest version works on MacOS 12.6.3, I don't have a way to test on higher versions :S

I also faced this problem, but I installed mpv player - Elmedia.
